How do employees feel about their employer’s various programs, initiatives, and efforts to foster employee engagement and human connection? In our 2023 “Global Employee Connection Survey: The Future of Connection at Work,” Enboarder® conducted a survey of 900 full-time employees across three key regions: the U.S., Australia, and the U.K. Overall, we found that people programs that keep people connected facilitate stronger relationships among co-workers, drive employee affinity, and ultimately impact employee retention.
