How Enboarder Handles Personal Information

Enboard.Me Pty Ltd (ACN 606 680 602), together with its related bodies corporate Enboarder Ltd in the United Kingdom and Enboarder LLC in the United States, collects and handles your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We collect and handle this information so that we can provide and administer our services, enable employer clients and employees to access and use our services, and provide information about those services.

Important. Without your information, we may not be able to provide you services, and you may miss out on receiving valuable information from us.

International Transfers and Disclosures

If you are located outside of Australia, please be aware that information you provide to us may be transferred from your country of origin to Australia, where our central operations are located, and you consent to this transfer.

We may disclose your personal information to our related bodies corporate, your employer who is our client, and third-party service providers who may have servers located overseas, such as in the USA, Canada, and the EU. You consent to these disclosures.
