Our Journey

 

In 2015, CEO Brent Pearson founded Enboarder after discovering that businesses weren't setting their new hires up for success with their business-centric approach to onboarding. He decided to reinvent onboarding through the lens of the employee - focusing on human connection and experience.

 

Fast forward and our platform has evolved to solve a much bigger challenge: Helping HR Leaders around the world get the best out of their talent by activating their employees through onboarding, learning and development, offboarding and beyond.

 

Enboarder has grown from a small team of two operating out of Sydney to over 100 passionate humans across Australia, EMEA and the US, with that headcount expected to double over the next 12 months. We‘ve raised over US$16 million from the leading Australian and US VC funds (Our Innovation Fund, LP and Greycroft), and we’re just getting started.
