Enboarder: Deloitte Tech Fast 500 2022 Honoree
Leading employee communication and workflow platform ranks 356 with three-year revenue growth of 393%
AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 16, 2022 – Enboarder, a leading employee communication and workflow platform, today announced it ranked No. 356 on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500™, a ranking of the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech and energy tech companies in North America. This is the first year Enboarder has been named to the Fast 500™ list, now in its 28 year.
Enboarder’s founder and chief executive officer, Brent Pearson, credits a continued focus on product innovation, international expansion and building a meaningful community for its employees for the company’s notable revenue growth, which increased 393% from 2018 to 2021.
“Prioritizing your people and their connections first is more important than ever for today’s businesses, as each continues to navigate the challenges of hybrid and remote work,” said Pearson. “This has been a core value for Enboarder from the start, and it’s something we help our customers achieve and reinforce inside their workplaces. We’ve made constant efforts to invest in human connections at every stage of the employee journey and that focus has inspired tremendous growth for us. We are honored that Deloitte recognizes this growth.”
In 2021 alone, Enboarder doubled its revenue and increased its customer base by 130%. Now, more than 400 companies — including Dolby, Eventbrite, Hugo Boss, ING, McDonalds and Shopify — use Enboarder’s platform to create better human connections across the entire employee journey.
Following the announcement of its $32 million Series B funding round in February 2022, Enboarder is focused on accelerating its international growth and plans to double its headcount over the next year.
“This year’s Technology Fast 500 list is a true reflection of some of today’s most determined and inspiring pioneers who have prospered by anticipating what’s next, understanding what’s needed to succeed and driving creativity forward,” said Christie Simons, partner, Deloitte & Touche LLP and industry leader for technology, media and telecommunications within Deloitte’s audit and assurance practice. “Representing all facets of technology, the winners have shown they not only have the vision but can also expertly manage their companies through rapid growth. We congratulate each winner on their impressive achievements.”
