The 4th annual Journey of the Year (JOY) Awards are here to recognize the incredible accomplishments of Enboarder customers—people leaders who mobilize their staff using engaging, intuitive, and powerful workflows. This is your chance to shine a spotlight on the hard work you and your team have performed over the past year.

If you have a workflow that excels at engaging, automating processes, and spreading joy across your workforce, it’s time to nominate it for Journey of the Year 2025.

What Are the JOY Awards?

The JOY Awards, or Journey of the Year Awards, are Enboarder’s end-of-year showcase designed to celebrate employee experiences that push the boundaries of what is possible. The awards specifically recognize the achievements of Enboarder customers who take a connection-first approach when developing powerful employee workflows.

The 2025 awards feature five categories where you can submit your best journeys.

The 2025 JOY Awards Categories

1. 👑 Best Onboarding Journey: This category is for workflows that delight new hires from the moment they accept their offer, featuring personalized or localized onboarding that smashes key performance targets.
2. 🤖 Best Use of AI: Show off how you are leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to create and optimize your journeys. This includes using tools like the Enboarder Journey-Builder or Journey-Optimizer, or utilizing other AI to map out journeys or generate content for modules, saving hours of manual work.
3. 🤠 Most Innovative Journey: This is the “wildcard” category, dedicated to unique use cases, clever automation techniques, or groundbreaking integrations with systems that open up a world of possibilities using Enboarder.

How to Enter and Submission Requirements

To enter the JOY Awards, you must be a customer of Enboarder and have at least one live workflow.

To nominate your workflow, you must submit your entry via the designated awards page. All you need is the name of your journey and a short explanation of why it’s amazing.

Your Submission Must Include:

• The name of your journey.
• A short paragraph explaining why you believe your journey should win Journey of the Year 2025.
• The results demonstrating how your journey positively impacted your organization or workforce. Measurable results and Return on Investment (ROI) statistics are strongly encouraged.

Optional Materials: You may optionally upload collateral (such as screenshots or reports) or anonymous feedback collected from new hires or managers.

Important Dates

Make sure to mark these critical dates on your calendar! Submissions are open during the month of October.

Five winners will be selected by judges based on specific criteria. The chances of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received.
