What to include in your submission
🥳 A short paragraph on why you think your journey should win Journey of the Year 2025.
🤩 The results of how your journey impacted your workforce or organization. Measurable results and ROI stats are encouraged!
🙋 Optionally, you can upload any collateral (screenshots, reports), feedback from new hires or managers (anonymously), or any additional thoughts not covered in the two options above.
💜 We will ask for the name of your journey and for you to agree with the JOY Awards Terms and Conditions.

Best Onboarding Journey
Have you created new ways of delighting your newbies from the moment they have accepted their offer? You might have built localized onboarding journeys that have personalized your new starter’s onboarding. Has your onboarding workflow smashed your key targets? Then this is the category for you.
Best Use of AI
Are you using AI to help create and optimize your journeys? If you’ve used our Journey-Builder or Journey-Optimizer this category is definitely for you. But also if you’ve used a different AI to help you map out your journey or generate content for your modules that saved you hours of manual work… if AI is your secret weapon in Enboarder, show us what you’ve built!
Most Innovative Journey
Are you doing something that no one else is? Are you using Enboarder for a unique use case? Perhaps you have created clever ways to automate your journeys or integrated with systems that have opened up a world of possibilities… in that case, this wildcard category is for you!

About the JOY Awards
The JOY awards are our end-of-year showcase to recognize the amazing achievements that are being made by our Enboarder customers. People leaders just like you, who take a connection-first approach to mobilize their people with engaging, intuitive, and powerful workflows.
Why Apply
The winner in each category will get an Enboarder prize pack and, of course, recognition, and a lot of exposure on our channels. Winning journey submissions will also be added to our Enboarder Discover library so your hard work can live on forever and other users can be inspired by your amazing content!
