As the owner and operator of Westfield Shopping Centres across Australia and New Zealand, Scentre Group wanted to deliver a consistent and exceptional employee induction and onboarding experience across a dispersed workforce.
Over the course of three years, Scentre Group transformed their onboarding from an inconsistent and negative experience, where new hires had to call payroll to find out where they should go on their first day, to one which new hires describe as inclusive, insightful, smooth and relaxed.
