Navigating Connection in Australia
Only 27% of Australian respondents said they felt very strong connections with their colleagues.
In our comprehensive 2023 Employee Connection Study titled “The Future of Connection at Work,” Enboarder® gathered responses from 900 full-time workers scattered across three pivotal areas: the U.S., Australia, and the U.K. In a broad sense, the findings highlighted that people programs promoting connectivity forge stronger bonds between colleagues, foster a sense of belonging among employees, and ultimately influence employee retention rates.
In this e-book, we’re breaking down the data specifically from our Australian respondents. For example, we found younger workers have lower levels of participation in many programs — with the notable exception of peer and career programs.
In this e-book, you will learn:
Which engagement programs Australian workers find most beneficial and why
Why Australian workers opt out of their companies’ engagement programs
Insights to drive more engagement and retention across your workforce
