Less than half of U.S. workers are very satisfied with their companies’ employee engagement opportunities.
How do employees feel about their employer’s various programs, initiatives, and efforts to foster employee engagement and human connection? In our 2023 “Global Employee Connection Survey: The Future of Connection at Work,” Enboarder® conducted a survey of 900 full-time employees across three key regions: the U.S., Australia, and the U.K. Overall, we found that people programs that keep people connected facilitate stronger relationships among co-workers, drive employee affinity, and ultimately impact employee retention.
