Why I’m Excited About Introducing Our Market-First Intelligent Journey Platform

Posted in Talent & Onboarding

It’s been nearly a year since I joined Enboarder as CEO. In that time, I’ve traveled around the world, meeting team members, speaking to customers, and listening and learning a great deal.

I wanted to understand what’s happening in the world of work in 2025? What pain points are our customers trying to solve with Enboarder? How can we deliver an even better experience for HR leaders and their employees?

One thing I’ve learned is that no matter how large or small an organization is, or how distributed, one fact remains: We want to add value and contribute at work. New hires especially want to move quickly from feeling new, nervous, perhaps even awkward, to that feeling of hitting your stride in the first 90 days and beyond. Hiring managers want to enable their team to succeed. And HR wants to foster an environment where all of this is possible, even with limited resources.

And yet, according to Gallup’s recent State of the Global Workplace report, drops in employee engagement are challenging productivity. In the past 12 years, employee engagement has fallen twice – in 2020 and 2024. Gallup estimates that the two percentage point drop in engagement last year cost the world economy about $438 billion in lost productivity.

Data from Enboarder’s recent survey of 1,000 HR leaders reinforces this picture. Twenty-one percent of HR leaders told us up to half of new hires in their organization leave in their first 90 days. Another 28% admit they’ve seen hiring managers fail to provide any guidance or training for their new hires.

But here’s why I’m optimistic, even in the face of what seems to be a never-ending uphill battle for resource-strapped HR teams.

Enboarder was founded on the belief that key moments in the employee journey have an outsized impact on business performance. From onboarding and internal mobility to transitions and offboarding, these “moments that matter” are relatively infrequent, but critically important.

Each of these moments presents organizations a narrow opportunity to provide employees with exactly what they need to accelerate success. Get this right and you can make a real impact on Employee Lifetime Value (LTV) – the true ROI metric of the modern workforce. Employee LTV reflects not just how long an employee stays, but also how productive they are, and at what cost.

Today Enboarder is launching a new Intelligent Journey Platform to help HR orchestrate these critical, high-impact moments at scale and drive tangible increases to employee LTV. This market-first GenAI solution allows HR to automatically create best-in-class, hyper-personalized employee journeys in minutes instead of weeks.

With our new Intelligent Journey Platform, HR admins can automatically create a customized workflow by engaging with a large language model (LLM) and uploading relevant documents to define their journey’s requirements and content. The result is a personalized employee journey that connects new hires with the right people, tools, and resources needed to significantly accelerate their time-to-value.

In our HR leader survey, respondents told us their biggest challenge in 2025 is “adapting to advancements in AI and HR technology.” Enboarder’s new Intelligent Journey Platform addresses this challenge head on – freeing HR teams from manual tasks and allowing them to lead on culture, experience, and impact.

Stay tuned for more exciting product announcements from Enboarder in the coming months as we continue to invest in technology that dramatically improves how people managers ramp their new hires to productivity in their first 90 days.

In the meantime, you can read more about today’s announcement in our press release. And if you’re at Unleash in Las Vegas this week, be sure to stop by the Enboarder booth and get a demo of our new Intelligent Journey Platform.
