Navigating Connection in the United Kingdom

In our 2023 “Global Employee Connection Survey: The Future of Connection at Work,” Enboarder® conducted a survey of 900 full-time employees across three key regions: U.S., Australia, and U.K. Overall, we found when people programs keep people connected, they facilitate stronger relationships among co-workers, drive employee affinity, and ultimately impact employee retention.
